I’m a software engineer with 4+ years building distributed backend systems: REST microservices in Go, Java, and Python, designed for high availability and low latency. Since 2024 I’ve been at Mercado Livre, building microservices for Proximity, its fast-food delivery unit and one of its fastest-growing departments, making sure people get their food on time.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering (UNIP) and postgraduate specializations in Advanced Go Development (Full Cycle) and Java Architecture and Development (FIAP). Portuguese is my native language, I’m fluent in English, and I speak intermediate Spanish.
Lately, my job title is Human-in-the-Loop: AI writes the code, I read the diff, nod twice, and pretend I’m still a software engineer.
